My sister,Tina, did an Etch-a-Sketch card a couple months ago and I loved it. I saw this version of it on Pinterest and decided it was finally time to do one in class.
The card base is Real Red. I cut the square out using the Project Life Cards & Labels Framelits — it gives nice rounded corners for our Etch-a-Sketch. I used Smoky Slate for the inside and stamped it with the White Christmas stamp set. I know a real etch-a-sketch doesn't have colors but I just had to add the little Merry Christmas banner in Real Red ink. It just made it pop a bit. Last I added the drawing knobs — 1" circles of Whisper White cardstock raised up with a dimensional.
Give this card a try — it is lots of fun and brings back lots of childhood memories.
