This past Saturday was my Fall Fest 2025!! What a fabulous day spent with lots of stamping friends. Participants made 3 project sets — a total of 10 cards and a framed art piece. I usually send everyone home with a Take Home project kit. This year everyone received the Handmade & Heartfelt Kit that was part of Stampin’ Up!’s World Card Making Day Virtual Event. Some took their kit home to make but a few stayed make their kits.
This year I added a Scrapbook option for Fall Fest, there were only a few that chose this option but many others were very interested in having a full day of scrapbooking in the future.
Here are a few pictures from loading to getting started for Fall Fest 2025!

My SUV was definitely full with all the supplies and food.

My daughter, Katie, helps me with this event. She did a beautiful display table to get everyone in the mood for Fall. I love all the little items she brought.

The room is all set up ready for everyone to arrive.
Everyone received a small tote bag with their project supplies in them.
There were 3 different designs and we added a name tag so they could keep track of their bag. We also cut vinyl to add to soup bowls — what a fun and useful decorations. I loved that some of them used the bowl that day to hold their supplies or as a small trash bin. Then they took them home for some soup or chili.

Aren’t these totes adorable??

Everyone arrived and is working hard on their project.
Fall Fest Gifts

Participants receive embellishments for each project. I like to make a box or decorate a bag so it looks like a gift for them. This year, they received the Iridescent Foil Gems, Adhesive-Backed Metallic Gems, Rhinestones and a Black Journaling Pen. I made this adorable box to hold all the items. Everyone loved this box and want a tutorial for it, so watch for a Facebook Live on this project to come soon.

Lunch was Chicken & Vegetable Soup, Shredded Chicken Sandwiches. I had a couple of dessert fairies who brought Pumpkin Bars, Pumpkin Bread and Cookies for dessert — they were all very yummy!!!
Of course, there had to be an afternoon treat. I made this cute box to hold a Reese’s Peanut Cup – the 2-pack because a little treat wasn’t enough!!

We even had a visit from Scissor Man!!
My husband, Tony, came in and sharpened scissors for everyone.
That gets us started for Fall Fest 2025. I hope you enjoyed a little sneak peek. Wednesday, I’ll start sharing the projects everyone got to make.

The Kit Sale begins today – October 6 and ends Wednesday, October 8.
