Hooray for Surprises Birthday Cake

Today is my niece’s birthday and I have a special Hooray for Surprises Birthday Cake card just for her.  Actually, I already had a card for her but when I was going through the cards I recently made this one made me think of Miss Leah.  She is definitely a girly girl — she loves to wear dresses all the time and this card just says her name!!!

I used the new Hooray for Surprises Bundle (stamp set and dies) along with the Lighter Than Air Designer Paper for this adorable Spring looking card.
