Hello Pumpkin Framed Art – Paper Pumpkin

Halloween is just 3 days away so I wanted to share the framed art that I made
for Halloween using the September 2020 Paper Pumpkin Kit – Hello Pumpkin.

I cased the layout from fellow demonstrator, Debbie Henderson, but I tweaked
it to make it mine. Of course I had to use orange and black for Halloween.
The Hello Pumpkin kit had SO MANY pieces — I made this framed art,
some Halloween cards and some treat holders and I still have a bunch
of pieces leftover for other projects.

The treat boxes were cut apart and used as designer paper,
the greetings and pumpkin faces are from the stamp set that is included
with the Paper Pumpkin Kit. I added Pumpkin Pie, Basic Black and Whisper White cardstocks.
Everything else is from the kit.

Fall Fest — Autumn Goodness Framed Art

Framed Art is a favorite project for me.
When designing for Fall Fest, I knew that one of the Optional Classes
had to be a framed art piece.
Hmmm…….what stamp set to use?
I knew I wanted a piece that will last through all of the fall season
so I looked at the Autumn Goodness Bundle.
What a gorgeous bundle this is!!
We have pumpkins, flowers, corn stalks and great phrases.
So, I started working by pulling colors that mean Fall to me.

Next, I wanted a framed art piece that was big enough to showcase the images.
I knew 9″ x 9″ wasn’t big enough, so I decided on an 8″ x 10.
This allowed me to go a bit longer on some blocks.
