Gathering Moments Fun Folds

This past weekend was our Stampin’ Sisters Holiday Hoopla and today I’m sharing my Gathering Moments Fun Folds. This is one of the projects that I designed for the event. It features the Gathering Moments Bundle (stamp set & dies) and the Gathering Together Designer Paper.

The first card is a double flap card. The Many Thanks Crushed Curry flap opens to show the full piece of Cajun Craze plaid designer paper. Then the plaid flap opens to write your greeting.

Then the plaid flap opens for a large spot to write your greeting.

My second card is a fun column card. The column folds to the right to fit in an envelope but pops up to stand and display the beautiful Fall leaves.

Card #3 is a triple panel card.

When the card opens, it exposes the greeting panel and that pops up exposing the designer paper.

I’ve shared card #4 fun fold layout before but it is so awesome I had to share it again. This designer paper is so gorgeous.

Time for Fall Decorating

Yesterday was the first day of Fall. That means it’s time for Fall Decorating!!
Fall is my favorite time of the year – I love all the colors.
I decided I wanted to make covers for my Kleenex boxes. The original boxes are so ugly, why not give them a festive look for Fall. I used the Gathering Together Designer Paper, Gathering Moments Bundle – Stamp Set & Dies and Amber Autumn Stamp Set. I love how the box turned out.

Here’ a view of the box side.

The top of the box cover was cut using the Branching Out Dies. This gives a very pretty opening for the Kleenex to come out.

This box cover was so much fun to make, why not make another one for Halloween. I LOVE how it turned out using the Spooky Sweet Designer Paper. The die cuts in this paper packet are amazing!!

I love this Designer Paper — the colors are so bright & cheerful.

The top of the box has a wonderful opening using the Branching Out Dies.

Holiday Hoopla Weekend

This weekend was our Stampin’ Sisters Holiday Hoopla Weekend and it was SO MUCH FUN!
We had 45 fabulous Stampin’ Up! demonstrators spend Saturday and Sunday with us creating 5 project sets — 12 cards, 5 treat/gift holders and 1 framed art. We played Speed Bingo, had a Show & Share (just like in Kindergarten).

Everyone received a canvas bag filled with their 5 class project kits and an 8″ x 8″ frame. Once everyone was settled in and all instructions were given, we passed out this cute cello bag filled with the ribbon and embellishments they would need on all the projects. Isn’t this tag so cute? I made the tag using the Label Me Grateful Bundle – stamp set & dies. This is a wonderful Fall Bundle to work with.

We stamped all day Saturday making 3 different class sets. They all went on their way for a relaxing dinner and a good night’s sleep. We gathered back Sunday morning and everyone was greeted with this adorable Jar of Joy Nugget Box. This box holds 3 Hershey nuggets which is perfect for a little break time snack.
