Foxy Friends Skunk

I haven’t been a fan of the whole fox trend that
you see everywhere.  They’re cute but not “my thing”.
Well, just a little time on Pinterest and I saw it
was time to look at Stampin’ Up!’s Foxy Friends stamp set
and coordinating Fox Builder punch.  There are so, so
many different things to do with these two products.

Today’s card features the Pop of Pink designer paper
and color combo.  This is such an amazing suite of products.
I added the Foxy Friends stamp set to help pop the color.

Isn’t this little skunk just adorable — not that skunks are adorable.
Thanks Erica Cerwin for the reminder — this guy looks
like Pepe LePew from the old cartoons — LOVE IT!!!

Enjoy the Little Things with Llama

I’ve shared with you before that I just love this
adorable llama.  I don’t know why, he just makes
me grin.  This is a fun card a fellow demonstrator
made that I found very unique.
We are using Layering Love stamp set and
Fiesta Time
framelits.

Festive Birthdays
Card Direction:
1.  Card Base — Tempting Turquoise – 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″
Score at 4 1/4″
2.  Basic Black — 4 1/8″ x 5 3/8″
3.  Watercolor Paper — 4″ x 5 1/4″
a.  Use an Aqua Painter to pick up ink from the stamp pad lids to wash across the watercolor paper to create sand, water and sky.  The more water you use, the lighter the color get.
I’m going to guess that the colors are:
Crumb Cake, Tip Top Taupe and a blend of Blushing Bride for the sand
Tempting Turquoise, Dapper Denim and Night of Navy for the water
Pool Party and Soft Sky for the sky
Let dry well.
4.  Stamp “Enjoy Life with Stazon ink
5.  Basic Black scrap — use the llama framelit to cut out the llama creating a black silhouette.
