Hello Life Continues

The ladies at class all commented how much they love the yellow & black
color combination.  It's just so bright and cheery.
Today I'll show you four of the card we did with the Hello Life Project Kit and stamp set.
Hello Life 1Most of the piece are right from the Hello Life Project Kit — I added a few pieces of Crushed Curry cardstock for some banners.  Everyone received a package of Whisper White note cards and envelopes.  So of course we stamped on the envelopes too.

Hello LIfe 2
I just loved all the striped hearts on this card.  Don't forget to add the punch out hearts for a little texture on the cards.

Hello Life 3
The little hearts have to be added with glue dots or glue but the letters are
adhesive backed — so much easier.

Hello Life 4
I love how the picture frame piece on this card is trimmed off on the
right hand side for a brand new look.

Come back tomorrow for four more cards.

Hello Life

Last night was my Hello Life Card Class which featured the Hello Life stamp set and the Hello Life Project Kit.  But check these out — we didn't use the project kit as it was intended.  I kept the wire frames to use as a card display.  We used the cardstock and embellishments that came in the kit to make 20 cards.  I put 5 cards into one of our Gusset Cello Bags and tied them up with the Crushed Curry Bakers Twine that comes in the kit.
Hello Life Bags of cardsYou get four adorable gifts to hand out to family and friends.
Are you hosting a bridal or baby shower this summer — wouldn't this little bag of cards be a great prize — we can all use cards right.

You’ve Got This Sneak Peek

You've Got This is a brand new stamp set that will be in the new Annual Catalog — which begins in just two weeks!!
You've Got ThisThis is a sample card I saw and thought showed the stamp set
off quite well.  I think we are going to love the splotchy background.
It's kind of like the Gorgeous Grunge stamp set — that splotchy
background fills in blank spaces very well.
The flower is nice and big so it's easy to "fussy" cut around it
to help give it a little dimension.

Come back tomorrow to see a fun card set we are making in a class tonight.
