Big Day

 

Big Day is one of the FREE Sale-a-Bration stamp sets that you can choose when you place a $50 order.  This is a great birthday stamp set.  This card was a swap card that I received at a demo make & take this past weekend (sorry ladies — I forgot to write down who did this card — let me know and I'll post an update).

Big Day

The base of the card is Crushed Curry with a piece of the wonderful Best Year Ever DSP.  The Happy Birthday image is stamped all over the card base using Crushed Curry ink.  The Cake image is stamped with Memento Ink and colored with the Blendabilities.  I love the Blendabilities — remember you can choose those as a FREE Sale-a-Bration item.

You Made My Day

Look at these lovely ladies having fun at our Demo Make & Take Event.  The first three beauties on the right side of the table are my some of my team mate — Jenn, Katie and Maria.Demo Make & Take Group 2At this event everyone made 20. cards.  Some also participated in card swaps.  This is one of the cards I received in the Sale-a-Bration Card Swap.  This card was made by my upline and sister, Tina Rappe.  Isn't is great.Tina's SwapThis card used the Sale-a-Bration Best Year Ever DSP and the Best Day Ever Stamp Set.  I love this paper.

Twitterpated

Twitterpated — isn't that a fun word.  When my kids were little they loved to watch Bambi and Thumper said the animals were twitterpated.  They would giggle everytime he said it.TwitterpatedThis Twitterpated is from a new stamp set called You Plus Me.  You can get a 15% discount when you purchase the bundle which includes the Stacked with Love Designer Paper Stack which I also used on the card.

The card base is Real Red with a layer of Black and another layer of Real Red.  Then I added two strips of the Stacked with Love DSP and a 1/4" strip of Black cardstock.  I attached this to the card front with dimensionals.  Next I added another piece of the Stacked with Love DSP to a layer of Black cardstock and adhered to the first panel.

I cut out a heart from Real Red cardstock using the Hearts Framelits and then stamped Twitterpated with Stazon Ink and attached to the card front with dimensionals.
