This is the final card from my Back to Black Class.
I used the Basic Grey and Real Red markers to color the image directly on the stamp. The stamp is from Serene Silhouettes. Then I used the Deco Labels framelits to cut out the image.
I LOVE this Toucan stamp. It's from the Little Buddy Birthday stamp set. There's a dinosaur and an ardvarck in the set too. This was the third card we did for the Back to Black class featuring the Back to Black designer paper. I used the Word Bubbles to cut the words out — doesn't it look like the Toucan could be saying "Make a Wish, Friend".
This is another card from my Back to Black Class — each guest received a package of the Back to Black Designer Paper and a roll of 1/4" White Cotton Ribbon and we made four cards. This card doesn't use any of the ribbon but has kind of a cool technique. Remember, this paper is Black & White — hmmmm…..we used markers to color in the white parts of the paper. Pretty cool, huh!!! The girls loved this one. It was a little more time consuming but the results are wonderful.
