Night of Navy for the card base with a layer of Seaside Spray.
Add a strip of striped designer paper and then a piece of sail boat paper matted on Night of Navy.
Stamp the small sail boat with Night of Navy and cut out with Layering Circle Dies — mat on another circle of Night of Navy. Stamp Happy Birthday and you are done and have a stunning card.
