Shadow Box Village

We had a team meeting/Christmas Party yesterday. What a grea time I had. We had three demonstrations — making bows, making a box with the gift box punch board and the scalloped tag topper punch and Watercolor Embossing Folder. All three demonstrations were great. Look how cute these designer paper bows are:

We also had a gift exchange. Everyone was required to make an item using Stampin' Up! supplies, wrap it up with a new on it. Then we played a little game and everyone received a gift. This is the gift I made.

It was a wonderful way to start the Holiday Season. Then a quiet night at home with hubby watching Polar Express.
I hope you had a wonderful Saturday too.

  1. Hi Deane,
Ohhhh, that was a couple years ago. If I remember correctly, I stamped, colored and cut out the houses with a stamp set that was in the Holiday Catalog that year (I’m sorry, I don’t remember the name of it anymore). I tore Whisper White cardstock in three different heights and layered them with dimensionals between each one for depth and then attached the house to each layer. It was a fun project to make. Give it a try, it is much easier than you think.
    Thanks for commenting.
