Soft Seedlings Four Corner Stamping

Soft Seedlings Four Corner Stamping is what we did during my Facebook Live last night.
I’ve wanted to try this technique for a while and Soft Seedlings was the perfect choice for some Fall cards.

You start with an 8 1/2″ x 11″ piece of Very Vanilla cardstock, Cajun Craze ink and the Soft Seedlings leaf stamp.  Stamp the leaf repeatedly across the center of the cardstock, then go down the center.
I filled in any blank spaces with Crumb Cake ink and the “helicopter” leaves.
You are creating a fun designer paper that gets cut into 4 pieces — 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″.
These four pieces were then trimmed down to 3 7/8″ x 5 1/8″ and matted on 4″ x 5 1/4″ pieces
of Crumb Cake and Cajun Craze, then added to card bases.

I die-cut Crumb Cake pieces using the Stylish Shapes Dies (my FAVORITE dies)
and stamped the greetings with Cajun Craze.

Swirls of Linen Thread were added behind each greeting.

Don’t forget to add the embellishments — I used the Brushed Metallic Adhesive Backed Dots.

Step 1 — the largest snowflake was stamped with Night of Navy ink
Then I stamped the middle snowflake again with Night of Navy ink but I stamped off once.
The smallest snowflake stamped off twice filled in any bare spots.

The cardstock is cut into 4 pieces — 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″.
Then I trimmed them down again to 3 7/8″ x 5 1/8″ and adhered them to 4″ x 5 1/4″ Silver Foil pieces
and finally on to Night of Navy card bases.

I added Silver Pearls from the Festive Pearls pack.
I LOVE how these cards turned out — I hope you’ll give it a try.
