WooHoo, we got snow yesterday!!! We are definitely in the Christmas spirit in the Chicagoland area. As I am writing this post, we have about 10 or 11 inches so far and it is still snowing. I have a snow day today so you know what I’ll be doing — creating projects for my Santa’s Workshop next week.
This is a card we made for my Christmas Card Stamp-a-Stack last week. We used the Quilt Top Embossing Folder for the background and the All is Bright Designer Paper for the stack of presents. The Merry Christmas Thinlits were used with Call Me Clover cardstock for the “Merry” — these are such fun script thinlits. We wrapped the stack of presents with the Real Red 3/8″ Mixed Satin Ribbon and added a bow on top.
A very simple but fun card. My stamper, Sandi, brought her exchange students to this class – Ren from Japan and Carlo from Italy. They were the stars of the class and I think they had a blast. Ren went home and made more of this card to send to family and friends.
Sandi, Carlo and Ren
Ren is happy with his card and he loved the snacks Maria and Sharon brought.
Stamping around the world — life is good.
