Today I’m sharing another Fall Fest project — Welcome Noel Card Set. This beautiful project features the Welcome Noel Bundle and Neutral Noel Specialty Designer Paper. There is lots of Gold accents adding so much elegance to this card set.

At Fall Fest I made my mom’s Pumpkin Bars for lunch dessert. I’ve been asked for the recipe and thought I would share with everyone. I make my Pumpkin Bars gluten free but you can use regular flour. I hope you enjoy them as much as we did.
Mom’s Pumpkin Bars
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup butter
4 eggs
Mix together until well blended
Add 2 cups Pumpkin and mix together
Add:
2 cups gluten free flour (I use Krusteaz)
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
Blend together
Spread on greased cookie sheet and bake at 325 for 25 minutes — cool.
FROSTING
3 oz cream cheese
6 tablespoons butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 tablespoon milk
3 cups powdered sugar
Blend all together and spread on cooled bar
