Masculine cards are tough to design. Making cards with flowers and feminine designs is so much easier. The Moon Lake stamp set from the Occasions Catalog makes designing cards for the men in your life a breeze.
The base of the card is Whisper White with a layer of Basic Black. I stamped the boat and tree image from Moon Lake using Memento Ink. The Happy Birthday is from Crazy About You — the words are separate so I mounted them onto the same block (that is one of the things I love about the photopolymer stamps) and stamped with Memento ink. The Memento stamp pad is what you should use for black ink with the photopolymer stamps — stazon can have a reaction with the materials used in the photopolymers. Last I layered the stamped image on the Black layer. Wow, not one dimensional used on this card — can you believe it.
