The Celebrate Today bundle includes the Celebrate Today stamp set and the Balloon Framelits. I love that we can quickly cut out lots of balloons. This card is one I made at the Shoebox Swap last month.
The balloons were cut out with the framlits and then I stamped the dots with VersaMark ink and embossed with White Embossing Powder. The base of the card is Blushing Bride with a layer of Whisper White that was embossed with the Large Polka Embossing Folder. A Soft Sky banner was added down the center front. The balloons are scattered in a bunch on the card front with dimensionals. I stamped Celebrate with Island Indigo ink and adhered to the front of the card and added a blue button to finish the card off.
