After we greeted everyone and got them settled in Tina and I disappeared to get ready to truly get them in the picnic spirit. We came back into the room like this.
Seriously, what grown ups dress like this but everyone loved it and it did set the mood for our picnic fun.
We even played a game throughout the whole weekend so everyone could win a prize.

Kim is VERY excited that she got an ant in the pants — woohoo!!!
We also recognized all Newbies — this was their FIRST Stampin’ Sisters Retreat.
I think they’ll be back again next year.
There were 20 newbies this year – YAY!!
I made a special gift for each of them.
I thought this fit our picnic theme quite well.
We couldn’t forget our team members.
We had 23 team members join us.
They each needed a little gift too, right.
We had our Stampin’ Sisters Logo engraved on Stampin’ Up! Bone Folders.
We added four new team members over the weekend.
