Oh my gosh, I can’t believe that our Stampin’ Sisters Retreat is over. It went by so quickly. I tried to post yesterday but my blog site seemed to be down (boo), so I’ll start sharing today.
We had 93 fabulous ladies stamp with us the whole weekend. I love to watch the friendship grow every year. Ladies that have never met before exchange emails and phone numbers and stay in contact over the next year as plan to come and be together again next year. This is my absolute favorite event of the year.
The past few years we have had a them for our retreat. It’s been fun to listen to everyone try to guess what the theme is going to be. Everyone is so tired of winter — all the snow and cold so this year’s theme was SPRING — lots of butterflies and flowers.
Tina does such a great job with the chalkboard and paint — love this sign. This definitely gets rid of the winter blues.
Isn’t the room pretty with all the gorgeous bags. The tables each had a centerpiece that Tina put together with a decorated balloon weight that she added butterflies and flowers to.
We had the bags printed with each name and more wonderful flowers.
Their bags were filled with supplies for the weekend.
We had 17 newbies this year — only 16 got in the picture though and poor Pam got cut off.
We give our newbies a little gift for attending.
Isn’t this flower pot adorable — the flowers pull out to reveal a message and hold a package of gum.
We had 27 team members join us for the retreat this year. It’s hard to get them all in the picture.
Of course they get a fun little gift too — a package of doilies wrapped up in butterflies.
We give a little gift to those who pay in full when they register in June – it’s one less thing to keep track of.
Aren’t they adorable! They held a roll of Night of Navy Twine.
As you can see lots of flowers and butterflies were floating around the room — Tina and I even wore them on our heads.
Come back tomorrow for more from Stampin’ Sisters Retreat.
