The All That You Are stamp set is a “hider” in the Occasions Catalog. Have you seen it? It’s on the very first page of the catalog. I love the greeting “Flowers Bloom All For You” — isn’t that sweet. It works for birthdays or just because cards.
We stamped the greeting first in the lower corner — this gave us enough room to stamp the flower. The flowers and leaves are colored with Calypso Coral Stampin’ Blends (light and dark) and the leaves are Granny Apple Green (light and dark). A bow was tied using the Grapefruit Grove 1/8″ Grosgrain Ribbon and attached with a Mini Glue Dot.
Now are you ready for the inside?
Remember, I love fun folds.
We did do one of these a couple of weeks ago, not sure if I shared it yet though.
Look at all the fun flowers blooming inside the card.
How was that done?
Easy, we used a 1″ x 8 1/2″ piece of designer paper, fold in half and then fold each end again (meet straight edge to folded edge). I used Tear & Tape on each short end to be sure it holds tight inside the card.
Attach one short side to card front about 1/8″ away from the edge, fold strip up and close card to attach to the back of the card.
Now just stamp the little flowers and punch out with 1 1/2″ Circle Punch,
color and attach to designer paper strip. Adorable.
I am going to send this card to a special someone.
Leave me a comment who you think should get this card and why.
I’ll mail it to one lucky person.
I agree, this is a sweet card and you did a great job on it.
Thanks Marlene — so glad you liked it.
