Wow, spring has sprung for sure!!! Last year for Easter we had snow, this year it was 80 degrees. The kids played outside both Saturday and Sunday. Some of the guys sat outside most of the day Saturday enjoying each others company and came in for dinner with some pretty good sun burns and it’s only April 21st. WOW!!!
With spring comes April birthdays and we did a little birthday celebrating this weekend too. My mom’s birthday was yesterday (Easter Sunday this year). My daughter-in-law’s birthday was April 15th and my niece’s birthday is Tuesday, April 23rd. Mom said this was the best birthday present — having her family all around her, everyone was there except my brother and family that live in Las Vegas — 23 of us together, it was wonderful.
