Thanksgiving is over — the Christmas Season is upon us, ready or not!!!
I had a wonderful Thanksgiving with my kids and grandchildren.
My son and family stayed all weekend so we had some special time with the youngest two grandchildren.
They are 7 and 9 years old. We played games, watched Christmas movies and they even made some Christmas gifts. They spent time with grandpa and daddy working away on some gifts. Then I got to spend some time with them while mommy and daddy ran some errands. We worked on a special project together — let’s see how well they keep secrets.
After they left yesterday, we started turning our house into the North Pole and Santa’s Workshop.
While my husband decorated outside, I was preparing paper crafting projects for my
Santa’s Workshop event this week.
What is Santa’s Workshop??
I design treat holders, gift card holders, lotion and chapstick holders that would be perfect for stocking stuffers, Secret Santa gifts, friends and family gifts — pretty much anyone that you need a little something for.
I post the list of items that I’ve designed for this year, with a price and quantity available.
My customers sign up for the items they want to make and tell me how many of each.
This has been a big hit for many years now and I know the ladies will have fun this week fulfilling those little gifts on the Christmas shopping lists.
