Beautiful Balloons Gold Birthday Celebrations

One of the cards from last month’s Designer Paper Class was this
Beautiful Balloons Gold Birthday Celebrations!!  The gold dots is the wonderful
Gold Celebrations Specialty Designer Paper and the greeting is from the
Beautiful Balloons Stamp Set

The Basic White background layer was embossed with the Basics 3D Embossing Folder to
continue the dot theme from the Gold Celebrations Designer Paper.
