Another fun card using the Blooming Phrases with Impressions Abloom Die Set. What a fun layout!! I used the new Flower Garden Foils. This paper has two sheets each of Cloud Cover, Pretty in Pink and Strawberry Slush. Each color has two different embossing — one is floral design and the other is geometric design. They are all so fun and the Cloud Cover flowers was perfect for this card.
Measurements:
Strawberry Slush – 5 1/2” x 8 1/2″ – score at 4 1/4″; 2 1/2″ x 5 1/2″
Basic Black – 4” x 5 1/4″; 3” x 3”; 1/2″ x 5 1/4″; 5/8” x 4”; 1 1/2″ x 1 1/2″
Pretty in Pink – 3 7/8” x 5 1/8”; 2” x 4 1/4″
Basic White – 1/2” x 4”; 4” x 5 1/4″
Flower Garden Foils – 2 1/2” x 2 1/2″
Granny Apple Green – 2” x 2”
- Fold Strawberry Slush card base on score line
- Emboss Pretty in Pink
- Adhere to Basic Black, then to card front
- Punch 2 3/8” Circle Punch from Flower Garden Foil – cut in half
- Die cut 3” x 3” Basic Black with Spotlight on Nature Die – ridged die – cut in half
- Adhere Flower Garden Foils halves to Basic Black halves, then adhere to card front – there will be a gap between the halves
- Adhere 1/2″ x 5 1/8” Basic Black
- Die cut 2 large flowers from Strawberry Slush, 2 small flowers from Pretty in Pink, 2 leaves from Granny Apple Green, 2 flower centers from Basic Black
- Adhere flower centers to Pretty in Pink flower, then attach to Strawberry Slush flower with Dimensionals, then attach to card front with Dimensionals
- Adhere leaves
- Stamping greeting with Memento ink on 1/2″ x 4” Basic White
- Adhere to 5/8” x 4” Basic Black, then to card front
- Adhere 4” x 5 1/4″ Basic White inside card
