This month’s Coffee, Cocoa & Cards Class featured the Relaxing Waterside Suite. One of the projects everyone made was this fun Northwoods Bark Plaque. We used the Waterside Retreat Designer Paper for the cabin circle and fussy cut some fishing vests and canoe paddle.

As I started to play with this suite, I remembered these bark plaques I found at Dollar Tree a couple of years ago. They were perfect to create a small, framed art piece. It reminds me of the Northwoods and fishing trips.
Class participants also made 3 cards using the stamps, dies and designer paper.
This suite is so amazing to work with.

The flap on the right opens, then the left flap opens. I love this double fold.

Everyone comments about this color combination — not one they would put together but the designer paper pulls it all together.

This last card is so clam and relaxing. It really makes you want to sit on the beach to enjoy the view.
Here are the SUPPLIES I used for today’s project.
