Black Roses for Valentine’s Day??
What — black roses — yes, that’s what I said.
We have a new designer paper called Ready to Ride that is awesome paper
for motorcycle enthusiasts.  This paper is also fabulous for masculine cards.
Today I wanted to show you this wonderful Valentine’s Day card using two of the
prints from this paper pack.  I just love the black and gray checked piece as the black squares
are embossed, so they are shiny and raise up just a little.
The black and gray roses are fussy cut from another piece of the designer paper.
Don’t you agree that these flowers are beautiful???

A Basic Gray stitched circle cut using the Stylish Shapes dies is used under the fussy cut flowers and
then I added the greetings from Country Bouquet stamp set below the checked squares.
This is a great card for Valentine’s Day even with black & gray roses.
