Summer Splash – Bistro Burger Fun Fold Cards

Today I’m sharing Project 3 from Summer Splash – Bistro Burger Fun Fold Cards using Iconic Celebrations Designer Paper and Bistro Burger Bundle.

The first card looks like a basic card but there is so much more to it.

The hamburger on the front opens to expose the French Fries and the fun cup of ketchup for dunking.

But wait, that’s not all. When you open the card, there is a pocket to hold a gift card or money. It’s such a fun card.

Our second card is a Faux, Center Step Card. I love the Pecan Pie plaid designer paper. Don’t you love the double stack burger — the greeting is separating the two patties.

Here’s a side view of the card.

The final card is a Sliding Magic Card. The hamburger looks kind of plain in black and white but wait until you see what happens when you pull the tab up…

The magic is starting to show.

TaDa — when the tab piece is pulled up, the fully colored hamburger appears with the Time to Celebrate greeting.
This is so fun to make — looks so much harder than it really is.

Summer Splash – Country Flowers Framed Art

We on to Project 2 of Summer Splash – Country Flowers Framed Art. I LOVED this project – I always love framed art projects. We used the Country Flowers Bundle and Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder with Melon Mambo, Granny Apple Green and Basic Black to make it all pop.

The Basic White mats behind the flowers were embossed with the Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder for a little added texture.

Each block has plenty of coloring, die cutting and Dimensionals. I love my Stampin’ Blends for coloring and getting a little blending.

I added a little Granny Apple Green with Small Blending Brush behind the greeting to make it pop a little.

These flowers pots were embossed with the Timber 3D Embossing Folder giving them a realistic look.

Happiest Day Stamp Set, Full of Life Designer Paper, Project 1, All Occasion, Summer Splash, Stamp with Peggy

Everyone received the Happiest Day stamp set in their Summer Splash Tote Bag. We used this fun, adorable stamp set with the Full of Life Designer Paper to make 6 cards and a portfolio to hold them. What a lovely gift to give someone.

Everyday Details Dies cut a pretty opening for the front of the portfolio and a piece of Full of Life Designer Paper is peeking through the hole. I fussy cut two of the adorable dragonflies to add to the front.

There is a pocket on each side — they hold 3 cards on each side.

I saw a card on Pinterest with this paper weave on the front and had to add it to one of these cards.

Everyone loved the glitter in the sun phrase from the Happiest Day Stamp Set.

Hey, Hey, Hey — You’re the Best!!!

This fun pink and yellow card might be my favorite. Some added Wink of Stella to make the dragonfly extra special.

Card #5 is full of sparkles – so pretty. We added ink around the dragonflies with a Small Blending Brush.

The final card matches the front of the portfolio.
