Autumn Leaves Card Portfolio

Fall Fest’s second project was this gorgeous Autumn Leaves Card Portfolio.
This beautiful set features the Autumn Leaves Dies and Distressed Tile 3D Embossing Folder.

The portfolio is Thick Very Vanilla cardstock with a layer of Pretty Peacock
and Very Vanilla is embossed with the Distressed Tile 3D Embossing Folder.
I love the Pecan Pie 1/2″ Bordered Ribbon which pulls all the colors together.

The inside of the portfolio is just as beautiful as the front.

A full string of falling leaves decorates the first card.
The greeting label is cut using the Autumn Leaves Die too.

Sending Cheer Cards Turned into Framed Art

My Fall Fest Take Home Project of Sending Cheer Cards turned into Framed Art!!
Every year towards the end of Fall Fest, I pass out a Take Home Project to everyone.
This is a project for them to keep the fun going and assemble at home — they had all the pieces
to make these 4 adorable Christmas/Holiday cards.  Many of the participants thought it was a framed
art piece so during last night’s FB Live, I used the same dies and layouts (had to adjust some sizes) and
created this fun Christmas/Holiday Framed Art that I love.

I made the framed art bases 4 3/4″ x 4 3/4″ squares but each square/card design is the same.
Look how adorable the framed art piece turned out.  I added the greeting in the center from
the Joy to You Stamp Set.

If you haven’t looked at these dies yet — you have to do it now before the holidays getting any closer.

Fall Fest 2023

It’s time to share Fall Fest 2023!!
Saturday was my Annual Fall Fest Retreat and it was so much fun!
My daughter, Katie, came to help for the day and set up this beautiful Fall display that put everyone into
the spirit of the day.  We had each table grouping stand behind the display for group pictures.

Each participant was greeting with this fun bag full of goodies.
They also received a tumbler with a cup warmer that I crocheted for each person.
The tumbler has a packet of hot cocoa and apple cider so they could have a little treat during the day.
There was also a mini lemon bundt cake for a breakfast treat (forgot to take the picture with it).

Annie, Kristi, Suzanne and Lori are hard at work on the first project – I’ll show you that later in the post.

Here is Chef Katie (my daughter) making chicken, bacon and cheese paninis.
There were definitely a huge hit.  We also served homemade chicken and vegetable soup
and pumpkin bars for dessert.

Project 1 was this adorable Halloween Door Hanger filled with fun little treats!!
Who wouldn’t love to wake up to this Halloween morning?
