Summer Splash 2022 — Nature’s Print Cards Gift Box

I’m back with the second project from Summer Splash 2022 — Nature’s Print Cards Gift Box.
We made 4 gorgeous cards using the Nature’s Print Bundle but not with the Designer Paper.
For this project I wanted a softer more elegant look for the cards and gift box.
I used Blushing Bride and Gray Granite which I think turned out so pretty.

There is lots of embossing and die cutting on this project.
Each card had an embossed layer using Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder.

Everyone received a quarter of a roll of the Gray Granite Shimmer Ribbon
and Iridescent Pearls to add a little bling the cards.

 


The greetings are stamped on circles from Stylish Shapes Dies or the
label dies that is part of the Natural Prints Dies.

 


Each card progressed to more flowers and stems which added a lot of depth to the cards.

 


The final card was filled full of flowers and stems.
I love how each card turned out.
Then we made a beautiful box to hold the cards and envelopes.

I love the new Elegant Eucalyptus embossing folder that was used on the lid.
The Quartrefoil Tile Embossing Folder decorated the front and back of the box.

Nourish & Flourish Kit

Yesterday I shared my Summer Splash alternate card kit that I designed using the
Love this Memory Notebook Kit.  Now I have another fun kit for you to see.

Last night I shared another kit that is amazing – the Nourish & Flourish Kit.
This kit includes an insulated canvas lunch bag and an All Occasion cardmaking kit that
is perfect for all levels of crafters.  This kit is in the Holiday Mini Catalog and is part of
Stampin’ Up! Making a Difference Program.  Stampin’ Up! is donating $3 from the sale of each
Nourish & Flourish Kit to support organizations working to end food insecurity (food pantries, etc).
How awesome is that?  We get an amazing kit and $3 is being donated for a special cause.

This kit makes 9 cards — 3 each of 3 different designs.
During my FB Live I assembled one of each card.  They are super simple but very stunning.
Everyone would love to make or receive these cards and then you get a beautiful, insulated bag
to use to carry your lunch or even as a travel cosmetic bag.

There are tiny Petal Pink Pearls to add to each card.

Summer Splash 2022

What a great day we had on Saturday at my Summer Splash 2022.
This was a one day retreat where everyone participated in four different classes.
We had a fabulous taco bar for lunch with a wonderful butterscotch/chocolate dessert.

Everyone was greeting with this cheery bag filled with fun goodies for the day.

Beside their supply bag was this adorable canvas bag from June’s Paper Pumpkin Kit.
I added a tag using Sunny Splash Stamp Set.
Inside the bag was a Multi-Purpose Liquid Glue and a holder for the glue.
I can’t thank my son enough for making the glue holders.

We made it through the greetings and morning instructions and moved on to our first project of the day.
The next gift they received was the Love this Memory Notebook Kit.
I added cardstock and used the 3″ x 4″ and 4″ x 6″ cards from this kit to make 6 quick but wonderful cards.
The greetings are all from the stamp set that is included in the kit.
All of the little flowers and embellishments are stickers from the kit.
They had more than enough supplies left after making these cards to make a summer scrapbook or journal.

All the flowers on this card are stickers from the kit.
Everyone received a package of Classic Matte Dots to add a little extra to Project 1 cards.

One of the 4″ x 6″ cards were cut into strips for this fun card.

This was the first fun fold card of the day (many more were to follow).
