Yesterday I shared a fun card using the new Pop-Ups Petals Bundle. I gave a sneak peek at another way to use the Pop-Up Petals Die. Today I have a fun Festive Friends Triple Pop-Up card to share. These little characters are so fun!! The little elf says Have a Holly & Jolly Christmas — that’s a big announcement to share the inside fun.
When you open the card, Santa pops out from the forest of Christmas trees!! How fun is that!! As I shared in Monday night’s FB Live, I used the smaller pop-up die and cut it 3 times which allows me to create a little scene inside the card.
This new Pop-Up Petals should definitely be added to your wish list, especially these fun dies. There are so many things you can do with them.

This week is Thanksgiving week so what better to share in my FB Live than an awesome Pop-Up Petals Grateful card. The Pop-Up Petals Bundle was one of the items introduced with the November Online Exclusives. It is an awesome bundle that you will definitely want to add to you wish list.
I used Cajun Craze with Early Espresso layers and added Brushed with Beauty Designer Paper. The Whispers of Texture Specialty Paper gave me a fun background for the flowers and flowerpot.
The Pop-Up Petals Dies has dies to coordinate with the flowers and butterfly but also has two dies that cut and score these pop-ups for the inside of the card. There are so many possibilities!! I’ll share another card tomorrow with this great bundle.

Now on to our beautiful card. I created a card for Winter that can also be a wonderful Christmas card for a friend. The Delicate Pines Dies with the Peaceful Garden Glimmer Paper made a simple but stunning card. The Peaceful Garden Glimmer Paper has three different colors of glimmer paper — Cloud Cover, which is kind of a Silver color — a dark blue like Secret Sea and a brighter blue like Blueberry Bushel. I didn’t have enough of the Cloud Cover/Silver Glimmer Paper for all my cards so I made two versions of the same card layout.
The first one has a Thick Basic White card base with a layer of Secret Sea and the top layer is Basic White. I die cut the snowflake from the top Basic White cardstock and from the Cloud Cover/Silver glimmer paper. After stamping the greeting, I adhered the Basic White layer to the Secret Sea layer. Then I glued the Cloud Cover/Silver glimmer snowflake into the opening. The card is finished off with Rhinestones.
Card #2
For the second version, I started with a Secret Sea card base with layers of Cloud Cover and Basic White. Again, I die cut the snowflake from the Basic White and the Secret Sea glimmer paper. The Basic White layer was adhered to the Cloud Cover layer and the Secret Sea snowflake was glued into the opening.
Everyone loved that the cards were the same but looked so different. This glimmer paper is beautiful especially for Winter projects.
Don’t forget to check out the Black Friday Sale tomorrow. I can’t wait to stock up on the Paper Trimmer Blades, cardstocks and adhesives.
