For my August Stamp & Go Club, we made a card using a new technique for my group,
Leaf Fall Sanding Technique.
This is such a great card for Fall birthdays or Thank Yous.
Soft Suede Card Base — 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ — score at 4 1/4″
Cajun Craze — 4″ x 5 1/4″
Very Vanilla — 2 pieces — 3 7/8″ x 5 1/8″
1. Use a Blending Brush to add Cajun Craze ink to the Very Vanilla cardstock
2. Run the Very Vanilla piece through Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine using the Leaf Fall 3D Embossing Folder
3. Use a sanding block for manicures and rub over the leaves — this takes the color off the raised leaves exposing the Very Vanilla Color
4. Add a little Cajun Craze ink refill to a clear block — use a Water Painter to add water to the block of ink and
bounce the Water Painter on your finger to add ink flecks to the Very Vanilla piece
5. Stamp the greeting with Soft Suede ink
6. Adhere Very Vanilla to Cajun Craze, then to card front
7. Adhere second Very Vanilla to inside of card
