6″ x 6″ One Sheet Wonder All Occasion Cards

I have another One Sheet Wonder to share with you.
This time we used a 6″ x 6″ piece of Mosaic Mood Designer Paper
and created six cards.  I added So Saffron, Mint Macaron and Early Espresso cardstock
along with Mint Macaron Ribbon and some texture from the Subtle Embossing Folder.

Everyone received a template showing them how to cut the one piece
of 6″ x 6″ Designer Paper and then assemble these six cards.
I used the Peaceful Moments Stamp Set.

A Very Happy Mother’s Day To All

Today is Mother’s Day and my hopes are that you have a fabulous day.
I’ll be Zooming with my mom today — she lives too far away for a drive by sighting
so we will settle for a Zoom call.

There was definitely a theme here with the Best Dressed Designer Paper.
It is retiring and will definitely be missed.

Music From the Heart Teen Birthday Card

My oldest grandson turned 13 on Tuesday so of course I had to make a birthday card for him.
He plays guitar and saxophone and loves all things to do with music.
It might help a little that his mom (my daughter) is a music teacher so he is exposed to a lot.
I cased a card by Ronda Wade which was perfect for his card.
The Music of the Heart stamp set which is Dawn Olchefske’s Million Dollar Stamp Set was my go to stamp set.

I started with a wash of Pumpkin Pie ink for the background.
Next I stamped music notes all over with Memento ink.

This stamp set is amazing — look closely at the guitar.

It’s a treble clef with a handle!!  Isn’t that cool?
Once it was stamped I fussy cut it out, added Dimensionals and put it on the card front.
He loved the card — perfect for a music lover turned 13!!!
