This past Saturday was our Fall Fest 2019.
Fall Fest is a one day mini retreat that my daughter, Katie and I put on each year.
We had 32 wonderful ladies with us for the whole day.
We set up Friday night — that’s always fun time together.
Our theme this year was Getting Ready for Christmas,
so we had lots of snowmen, trees and lanterns around the room.

Each table had an adorable centerpiece with a candle lanterns, Christmas trees and scented pine cones.
This was a photo op set up station but we were so busy we forgot to take table group pictures.
The tables were set for lunch.
We couldn’t find Christmas plates and napkins yet so we used the next best thing — red plates & green napkins.
Katie even decorated the water bottles.
The set up is done — we got a good night’s sleep and we were ready for our guest to arrive.
We added name tags and a goodie box by their snowman bags.

Everyone is in full swing on the first project of the day — 9 wonderful cards.
