Everything is Rose Gold

I hope you all had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend.  Thank goodness the weather turned out great for most of the weekend.  My husband and I went camping — took the camper out for the first time of the year.  It was very quiet and peaceful and we had a great time together.

I have another card from the Everything is Rose Bundle.  One of the things I like about this bundle is the Rose Gold accents, it is everywhere, in the designer paper, the ribbon, the shimmer paint and the little accents.  For this card I used the designer paper that is Melon Mambo with rose gold flowers.  You know how I love different fold, well I saw this fold on Pinterest and knew I had to give it a try.  The flowers from the Everything is Rosy stamp set are wonderful — lots of fun layers.

Don’t you just love how colorful this card is.  I used Melon Mambo ink stamped off and Night of Navy stamped off and full strength.  The Rose Gold flower centers coordinated great with the beautiful designer paper.

Everything is Rosy Birthday

I used the Everything is Rosy bundle for another birthday card.  I just love the look of the Night of Navy swirled with rose gold foil — so much fun!!!  This time I added some of the wonderful ribbon from the bundle.  The ribbon is very rich looking with the rose gold metallic edge.

The flowers are Night of Navy again but this time two are full strength ink and the third is stamped off.  The Rose Gold Foil worked great for some little leaves behind the flowers.  I think this is the cutest birthday greeting — don’t you?

Everything is Rosy Celebrate You

Oh my goodness I have had so much fun making this celebrate you card using the Everything is Rosy Bundle.  This bundle is packed full of product — so worth the $80 (approx. $100 worth of goodies – that’s a 20% discount).  I held a class last night and they loved the cards they made.  I shared a few other cards that I made.  It was tough to decide which four cards they were making – they all turned out wonderful!!!

This was one of the fun cards I shared with the ladies.  I cased this from a card I saw on Pinterest posted by Lori Wilcox.  I love the monochromatic flowers – just Night of Navy was used.  The flowers were stamped full strength once, then stamped again without reinking and a third time without reinking.  Check out how well the dies cut out the flowers, just the right amount of white border around each flower.  I love, love, love how this card turned out.  This greeting is perfect for a birthday or just to tell someone they are amazing!!  The dies in the kit cut out the flowers (of course) but also this wonderfully detailed grouping of leaves.  It gives a wonderful texture feel to the card.
