A week or two ago I shared my Winter Framed Art piece that we did at Fall Fest.  I’ve had some requests for a Class to Go so I decided it was time to put it together.

Do You Want To Build a Snowman?

Do You Want To Build a Snowman?  The Let It Snow Embellishment Kit lets you do exactly that.  I saw this card by Mary Deathridge and fell in love with it.  I made a couple of minor Peggy tweaks to it and shared it at my Christmas Card Class last month.  Everyone received the embellishment kit and they giggled when they saw this card.

Isn’t this just the cutest.  I used Real Red with Shaded Spruce, added the designer paper and then cut out squares using the Stitched Shapes Dies.  The pieces from the embellishment kit were added to build our snowman.  Don’t you just love the progression!!!  We added the felt hat and scarf from the kit and finished up with red snowflakes and the greeting in Shaded Spruce.
I hope you enjoy this card as much as I did.

Snowman Season Meets Cup of Cheer

I had so much fun with this next series of cards.  They all feature the Let It Snow Suite, including the Snowman Season stamp set, Snowman Builder Punch, Let It Snow Embellishment Kit and Let it Snow Designer Paper.  For this first card I also used the Cup of Cheers Dies to make a fun, whimsical card that I love.  I saw a few like this on Pinterest and knew that I had to make one.

The Let it Snow Embellishment Kit is so much fun and there is a ton of supplies in the box.  My favorite is a wonderful sheet of enamel shapes that I used for the snowman’s face.  Sparkle washi tape from the embellishment kit was added down the edge of the designer paper for a little extra twinkle on the card.  The color combination isn’t my typical Christmas color combo.  It came from the designer paper and I loved the way it looked together.
