We used the Subtle Embossing Folder to give a little texture behind the candy jars.
Stamp both candy jars with Memento — color with Stampin’ Blends — cut out with framelits.

Oh what fun – I love this How Sweet It Is Taffy Birthday Card!!!
We have taffy on the How Sweet It Is Designer Paper, in the candy jar and laying all around the jar.
I wonder what flavors the taffy is — what do you think?

 

Sweetest Things Stamp Set, How Sweet It Is Designer Paper, Birthday, Stamp with Peggy
We made this card at my Suite Surprise this month.

I started with the Melon Mambo base, added a layer of Basic Black, then Whisper White.
The How Sweet It Is Designer Paper had a perfect piece with Melon Mambo and Coastal Cabana taffy candy all over it — we added a piece of that on the Whisper White layer.
All My Love Ribbon covered the seam just right.

The Rectangle Stitched Framelits added a little texture under the candy jar.
I can’t wait to mail this card out to a special someone.

Sweets for You Birthday Card

Today’s card is a Sweets for You Birthday Card done in Gorgeous Grape and the Dot to Dot Embossing Folder.  I held my Suite Surprise Class — this month we used the How Sweet It Is Suite.  I had such a blast working this suite full of products.  The color combos are bright and cheery.

 

We used the How Sweet It Is Designer Paper for each of the cards at class.  For this card we fussy cut a sucker and a cupcake for the front of the card.

I love the look the Dot to Dot Embossing Folder gives — lots of texture.  We stamped the label and cut out with the framelit.  Sweets for You was stamped on Highland Heather and the ends trimmed with Paper Snips.  The final touch is the Glitter Enamel Dots — they gave just the right look.
