It’s Stampin’ Sisters Retreat Time!!

I am so excited!!!  Our Stampin’ Sisters Retreat begins tonight.  We have 93 wonderful ladies joining us for the whole weekend.  I will be busy all weekend so I won’t be posting to my blog but I will post some pictures on my Stamp With Peggy Facebook Page and Group — be sure you LIKE my Page and JOIN my Group so you don’t miss out on any of it.

New Products

Lasting Lily Framelits

It’s almost March 1st and there are such great things happening in the Stampin’ Up! world.  We have some brand new products coming out on Friday for our Sale-a-Bration Coordination.  That’s right, these new items coordinate with Sale-a-Bration stamp sets.

I wanted to share a card we made at my team meeting last night.  We used the Last Lily stamp set (this is a Level 2 set — FREE with a $100 order) and the coordinating Lily Framelits.  The framelits make it quick and easy to cut out the lily and leaves for  a card.

Isn’t this card the sweetest — I saw one online and thought it was perfect.  I added the Rectangle Stitched Framelits for the Whisper White front and also added a Lovely Lipstick layer between the white layers.  The Old Olive Linen Thread added a wonderful bow to the stem.

Hand Made Cards / Sympathy

The Perfect Wedding Card

Oh my gosh, I love this card.  It is the perfect wedding card.  The Piece of Cake stamp set is soft and elegant and looks like a wedding cake.  I think the Tufted Embossing Folder gives wonderful texture to the card.

The color combination is Smoky Slate with Flirty Flamingo and Whisper White.  Just add a circle layers for the cake and a bow on the cake stand.  One final touch — add the Mr. & Mrs. banner and you are done.
