Hilary’s Birthday Celebration Time

Birthdays are a great time to celebrate for kids and adults alike.  Here’s a fun card that is a day late.  This card is for Hilary.  Hilary was one of my first customers 14 years ago when I became a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator.  Hilary was a senior in high school and was very serious about her stamping, she wanted everything just right and would make everyone else stop while she finished her card.  I loved stamping with her then.  Now she is all grown up and has a 1 1/2 year daughter of her own.  She still stamps some and does a great job of it and is so much calmer now and loves to show others how to do the card.  Hilary’s birthday was yesterday and I missed wishing her happy birthday, so Hilary this card is for you.  HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

Hope Your Day is as Wonderful as You Are

Do you have your Mother’s Day card yet?  Well, this card works great for Mother’s Day but it is also wonderful as a birthday card, a thank you card or just to tell someone how special they are.  I used the stamp set A Mother’s Flair with the Petal Passion designer paper.  This stamp set is a bit of an unnoticed stamp set.  I kept flipping past it and finally the images just captured me — I couldn’t resist any longer.  It’s only $18 for the clear mount or $25 for wood and it is so adorable.  It is retiring at the end of the month so you really need to order it now so you don’t miss out.

I’m Lucky To Have a Friend Like You

Today I have lots of new products for you — they are all from the Share What You Love Bundle.

First we start with the Mint Macaron card base — this is a returning color and is gorgeous with the Share What You Love designer paper.  This designer paper is a 24 pack — that means you get four of each sheet and you are going to need it for all of those beautiful cards you need to make.  The paper has pearl accents so it shimmers so pretty.  The Pearlized Doilies are new too — I absolutely love these.  We added another strip of the designer paper behind the new Rich Razzleberry Velvet Ribbon.  The greeting is stamped and the corners are punched with the 1/2″ circle punch to create the ticket look.

We made this card at On Stage last month and I think it showcases this wonderful bundle very well.
