A Special Gift for Reach Half Million Sales

Sorry — I can’t share my Hostess Appreciation Party with you yet.  We had ice and snow predicted for last night starting about the time everyone was to arrive so I made the decision to reschedule the party.  I didn’t want anyone out driving on bad roads.  So hang tight — I will share all of it with you after January 22nd.  In the meantime I wanted to share a very special present that I received.  Last month I hit a half million dollars in sales since I became a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator — that’s right $500,000 in stamps, paper and ink.  My upline (and she’s my sister), Tina, presented me with a beautiful charm pen at our Team Meeting this past Saturday.

Half Million Sales, Pen, Award
Isn’t it beautiful.  The pen pulls apart so you can change the bead.  Tina found it when she was on a cruise this past fall — she knew I was getting close to hitting my sales goal.  Now I need just $500,000 more for a special celebration at Stampin’ Up!  Anyone need stamps, paper or ink?

Thank you Tina — I love my pen and will use it proudly.

Lots of Surprises Coming – Guess What This Is?

I love to create a little intrigue every now and then.  I am preparing for my Hostess Appreciation Party which is this evening.  I am busy prepping make & takes for them to complete and a catered dinner.  This is my way of saying Thank You to each person who hosted a party with me over the past year.  I like to spoil them rotten all night long.

So, what do you suppose this is for?

Sure Do Love You Bundle, Painted with Love designer paper, Gold Foil Sheet, 1/8" Gold Ribbon, Dazzling Diamond Sheets
You’ll have to come back tomorrow to see what this is going to be and to hear about all the fun they had.  I will try through out the evening to post some pictures on my Facebook page – https://www.facebook.com/StampWithPeggy/ so be sure to follow me through out the night.  We begin at 6:30 central time.  See you then.

Fun with Apron of Love

I found another stamp set that I knew I didn’t need — WRONG!!!  Take a look at Apron of Love on page 47 — adorable.  You can make cards, 3D projects, even a cute framed art piece for the kitchen — truly so much fun.  Check out this great card that Cheryl Snow made for a swap I participated in.

Apron of Love stamp set, Apron Builder Framelit, Dad, Love
Isn’t this just adorable.  I love all the grilling utensils in dad’s apron.  They used the Apron of Love stamp set and the coordinating Apron Builder Framelits and then the Scattered Sequins embossing folder to give some texture to the card base.  The Cupcake Cutout Framelits helped make the cute “Made with Love” banner.  The apron and the banner are from Color Theory designer paper.  (oops — ignore the linen thread in the picture — that’s from the card beside this on the display board — sorry).

I’ll dedicate this cute card to my father-in-law, Ollie.  It’s his birthday today.  Happy Birthday Ollie (dad).
