Sharing Sweet Thoughts for Anniversary

Last Friday was my anniversary — 38 years married to my wonderful husband.
I realized that I never posted an anniversary card so better late than never, right!!!
This card uses the Ronald McDonald House Charities stamp set, Sharing Sweet Thoughts.
This is a fun stamp set with hearts, strawberries, butterflies and lady bugs and they are all adorable.
The hearts worked great to say Happy Anniversary.

I wasn’t thinking when I designed the card, I probably should have done it in blue or red,
a little more appropriate for a man but I thought the hearts were pretty in the pink.

CARD DETAILS:

Card Base — Pink Pirouette — 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ — score at 4 1/4″
Smoky Slate — 4″ x 5 1/4″
Whisper White — 3 7/8″ x 5 1/8″
stamp Happy Anniversary and the hearts scattered as if falling from the jar — both with Black ink
color the hearts with Pink Pirouette and Smoky Slate Markers
Pink Pirouette — stamp jar and greeting inside with Black ink — cut out with Everyday Jars framelits
Smoky Slate — stamp jar lid with Smoky Slate ink — cut out with Everyday Jars framelits
Blushing Bride 1/4″ Double Stitched Ribbon — cut 2 pieces — one wraps around Whisper White layer — second one tuck under and tie in a knot

I like the simplicity of this card.

As the 4th of July is fast approaching I thought this card reminded us all
that Life is a Beautiful Thing!!!
This card was another display sample from our Team Meeting earlier this month.
I apologize, I can’t remember who did this display and the fun fancy lattice edge.

Suite Surprise — Delightful Daisy

Another fun Daisy project and a special To Go Kit!!!

Daisy Delight stamp set, Delightful Daisy Designer PaperI LOVE these projects.  This time Tammy took a plain white dish towel from Walmart and stamped those pretty daisies in Calypso Coral with a few Pear Pizzazz in the background — so adorable.
Then she covered a plain notebook with designer paper and added some Whisper White cardstock that she stamped Pool Party daisies on.  She added a fun greeting that makes me smile!!!

Suite Surprise is a little stamping getaway where I feature one of the product suites from the catalog.  A product suite is a group of products that are designed to go together.  This class we are going to play with the Delightful Daisy Suite featured on pages 126 & 127 of the Annual Catalog.  I’ll design, cut and prep four fabulous projects using the fun daisy products in this suite for you to complete at home.  The Class Fee includes the Daisy Delight Stamp Set, the Daisy Punch, ½ package of Delightful Daisy Designer Paper, ½ package of Delightful Daisy Cardstock, Faceted Gems – ½ pkg of each Silver & Gold and 2 yards ¼”Double Stitched Ribbon – Daffodil Delight.
Class Fee: $60 (plus postage to mail your to go kit) – you will receive a little “suite surprise” with the To Go Kit
