Pretty Kitty

I’m not usually a cat or dog stamp lover.
When the Annual Catalog debuted last month
I saw this year’s cat stamp set — wait it’s not a
cat, it’s a kitty stamp set — Pretty Kitty and it
is adorable.  I finally gave in and ordered it and
decided it was the perfect stamp set for my
Pop of Pink Class.  I used the Pop of Pink
designer papers as the starter when I designed
this card — lots of color, quick and easy.
Once I stamped the image I used a Blender Pen
and stamp pads to color my kitty and flowers.
It is pretty “cutesy” but I love how it turned out.

2.  Basic Black — 3 7/8″ x 5 1/8″

Who doesn’t like a party hat??
This card has lots of texture.
It focuses on the Confetti embossing folder
and Confetti Celebration stamp set along with
the Pop of Pink designer paper.

emboss with Confetti embossing folder
4.  Melon Mambo — 1 1/2″ x 4 1/2″
5.  Black — 2 3/4″ x 4 5/8″
6.  Pop of Pink designer paper — 2 5/8″ x 4 1/2″
7.  Melon Mambo scrap — cut out with Layering Ovals framelits
8.  Whisper White scrap — cut out with Layering Ovals framelits
a.  Stamp Happy Birthday with Stazon ink
9.  Whisper White scrap — stamp party hat with Stazon ink
a.  Color in dots with Melon Mambo marker
b.  Add sparkle with Clear Wink of Stella

Pop of Pink & Jar of Love

THIS is a FUN card!!!
I saw a card online and just have to make my version.
I just couldn’t stop using this Jar of Love stamp set — I love it.
This time we added the Pop of Pink designer paper.
The ladies at class LOVED this one.
Jar of Love
Card Directions:
1.  Card Bases — Melon Mambo — 4 1/4″ x 11″ — score at 5 1/2″
2.  Gold Foil Cardstock — 3 7/8″ x 5 1/8″
3.  Black — 3 5/8″ x 4 7/8″
4.  Whisper White — 3 1/2″ x 4 3/4″
a.  Stamp greeting from Jar of Love stamp set
5.  Pop of Pink Washi Tape
a.  Adhere all three strips as shown
6.  Whisper White scrap — stamp tall jar with Memento ink
a.  Stamp jar lid with Melon Mambo ink
7.  Use Everyday Jars framelits to cut out tall jar and the inside opening and jar lid
a.  Window Sheet — cut out tall jar
b.  Pop of Pink designer paper — cut out tall jar
8.  Attach window sheet jar to back of white jar
a.  Attach Foam Adhesive Strips on the window sheet around edge of jar
b.  Neutral Sequins — put a full “pinch” of sequins in the jar opening
c.  Carefully peel off foam back
d.  Attach Pop of Pink jar (pink side down) over the jar opening
9.  Attach jar lid
10.  Wrap a piece of Melon Mambo Thick Baker’s Twine around jar top.
a.  Tie small bow with Melon Mambo Thick Baker’s Twine — attach with glue
11.  Attach jar to card

SO CUTE!!!  Everyone will love this card.
