Summer Splash 2025 FUN!!

This past Saturday was a little Summer Splash 2025 FUN!!! Ladies gathered together to laugh, stamp and make new friends!!

As the day began, this fun popsicle was sitting on a table ready to greet everyone with cones of chocolate (unfortunately, I had to replace ice cream cones with chocolate – ice cream would have melted). Isn’t this the cutest center piece.

As the guests arrived at their table, a vinyl popsicle tote was waiting for them. The tote had a cute popsicle tag with their name on it and a fun ice cream cone or popsicle zipper pull for decoration. Four projects were tucked into the tote along with a couple extra fun summer toys to keep them entertained.

Look at all the fun loot in there – it was so fun to put together.

I had four different classes/projects going on at the same time — each table group worked on a different project set. The first class is a three fun folds card set and popcorn book box featuring the Poppin’ By! bundle. Who doesn’t need a treat box for popcorn, right!!

Card #1 is an easel card — so cute.

The second card is a step fold. Don’t you LOVE the glasses on the popcorn box and don’t forget the shoes!!

Card #3 holds a gift card for movies, specialty popcorn — it could be anything but oh so fun, when you open the card, the gift card pocket raises in the card.

Join me later in the week for more Summer Splash 2025 Fun Projects!!

Fun in the Sun with Chalk

When is the last time you played with Sidewalk Chalk? Well, let’s have a little Summer Fun in the Sun with chalk!! Project 5 was this cute little book box that holds a 3 pack of Sidewalk Chalk, perfect for a little summer fun!!

I used Regals Designer Paper Pack – Garden Green Marbled print for the front of our book box. It really does look like a sidewalk colored with chalk.

On the inside pocket box, I used a stripe print, which again looks like a child’s drawing on a sidewalk. Don’t you love the peek at the Sidewalk Chalk.

Are you ready to go outside and have a little fun in the sun?

Charming Days & Two-Tone Fun Fold

This week’s FB Live, is a Charming Days & Two-Tone Fun Fold card, showing off our beautiful Floral Charms Designer Paper and the Charming Days Bundle – Stamp Set and Dies. It shows how fun the Two-Tone cardstock is!! I embossed a piece of Berry Burst Two-Tone cardstock with the Glass & Gardens Embossing Folder, then used a nail buffer to sand off the top layer exposing the white core center of this cardstock. Such a fun and different look. I cased this card layout from a demo friend, Meg Loven. It is such a great fun fold and it has a bonus — it holds a gift card or cash which is always fun.

When you open the card you get a peek at the beautiful designer paper.

But it gets even better when you open the right side of the card.
See how beautiful the inside of the card is. You get to see the opposite side of the designer paper. There’s even a pocket for a gift card or cash.

The fun part of the Berry Burst Two-Tone Cardstock is the opposite side is a lighter shade that is close to Petunia Pop. Here is the same card using the lighter side of the cardstock.

Here are both the dark and light version of the Two-Tone Cardstock.

Measurements:
Pecan Pie — 5 1/2″ x 7 3/4″ — score at 2 1/2″ and 6 3/4″
Designer Paper — 5 1/4″ x 6″ — score at 2″ (be careful if you have directional designer paper)
Two Tone Cardstock — 2 1/4″ x 5 1/4″; 3/4″ x 5 1/4″
Very Vanilla — 4″ x 5 1/4″; 5/8″ x 2 1/4″; 3 1/2″ x 3 1/2″
