Birthday Boy

I showed you a birthday card that my sister gave my grandson.
I switched out the stamp set and designer paper but kept the same layout and
colors and made this card at my Stamp & Go Clubs this week.
They loved the primary colors on this one.
Birthday BoyWe used the Sketched Birthday stamp set and the Party Pennants die both on the retired list along with the designer paper and the Finishing Touches edgelit that creates the zig zag border.

From the Herd

I just love the From the Herd stamp set.
This card could be a fun Retirement card from everyone in the office — just add a
Happy Retirement greeting and you are all set.
From the HerdThis card has a few retiring items on it.  The From the Herd stamp set will be leaving on June 2nd.  The On Film Framelits and the Basic Hodgepodge Clips are both on the retiring list.  This card is pretty quick to make — only a few small coloring spots to add a little pizzazz.  My boss is retiring in a month and a half — this just might be his card.

Don't forget to check out this week's WEEKLY DEALS!!

Class of 2015 Graduations

Can you believe that school graduations are starting to happen?
College graduation are going on over the next couple of weeks.
Our elementary, middle and high school graduation also start as early as next week.
That means it's time to get those graduation cards made.
Graduation
This is a card that I've been working on for some of the students at the high school that I work at — obviously our school colors are red and blue.  I used the Class of 2015 stamp from the Occasions Catalog.  I stamped it on Whisper White cardstock and then I cut it out with the Windows Framelit (another retiring product and it's half price while supplies last).  After I cut it out I took the window to my paper trimmer and cut the rounded pieces off to create a whole new look.  I stamped the Class of 2015 a second time and "fussy" cut it and popped it up on dimensionals over the first stamped image.  I hope the students enjoy this fun card.
