Christmas Bliss

After the weather this weekend I think it is a little bit easier to start working on those Christmas cards — we had a few snow flurries here in Illinois.  This card was one of the cards we did at my September Fast & Fabulous Card Class.  Everyone made two of this super quick card and they all loved it!

Christmas Bliss
The stamp set used is called Christmas Bliss.  It was one of the first Christmas stamp sets available back in July.  We stamped the words in Real Red and the tree trio in Garden Green.  Then we layered the stamped cardstock on Real Red and Garden Green layers and adhered this to the Whisper White card base.  Anyone could make this card and you could easily change the colors for a little variety.

How many Christmas cards do you mail out each year???

Seasonally Scattered Thanks

The Seasonally Scattered stamp set has been a favorite of many of my stampers.  It is has such simple images but with just a couple colors of ink turns into a beauty.  It reminds me of the color changing trees in the fall.

Fall Birthday

I've told you before how much I love this Wondrous Wreath stamp set.  It is such a versatile set.  This time I used it to make a Fall Birthday card.

Photo 1We stamped the full leaf image using Hello Honey ink on Very Vanilla cardstock and then stamped the lesser leaves with Cajun Craze.  Lastly we stamped the berries with Early Espresso.  This piece was layer on a piece of Cajun Craze cardstock and that was layered on a Very Vanilla cardbase.  I stamped the birthday wish in Cajun Craze.
