Weekend Adventures Cup of Flowers

It’s September 1st and the weather feels like Fall. Today’s Weekend Adventures Cup of Flowers Card also has a Fall feel to it. The Weekend Adventures Designer Paper with Cajun Craze and Early Espresso cardstock brings the Fall colors of the flowers forward.

I love this mug, it makes me want to sit around a campfire with a cup of flowers and watch the flowers and trees change colors.

The stamped image on the front of the card is an extra flap for the card. This is a great fun fold to share. I added the green Muted Palette Dots to the front of the card.

Weekend Adventures Pop Up Card

Today’s Weekend Adventures Pop Up Card is so much fun. It features the Weekend Adventures Stamp Set and Designer Paper. In my Coffee, Cocoa & Cards Class this month, we used these two products and made 5 fabulous cards, that surprised all the guests. Weekend Adventures Stamp Set is not one that gets noticed easily. It is intended to go with the Scrapbooking Workshop Kit. I loved the campfire mug and flowers in the set so decided to show everyone some fun things to do with this set.

The front of the card looks normal and kind of average. The designer paper is pretty cool, especially since my husband loves to go hiking and used to go on backpacking trips with his brothers. But wait until you open the card!!!

Look at how fun the inside of the card is! When you open the card it pops up and shows two wonderful designer paper prints. The Taking the Scenic Route greeting is fun — this would be a great birthday card for any of my brother-in-laws.

Here’s a side view of the card with the column that pops up.
The card is so much easier than it looks but the card definitely has a WOW factor!!

A quick reminder that the 2025-2027 In Color Sale ends on Sunday! Don’t miss out on 15% off almost everything that has the 2025-2027 In Colors in it.
