Set Sail in the Direction of Your Dreams

Yesterday we attended a graduation party for our youngest nephew.  They live in Arizona so we don’t get to see them often so it was a great day spent with family.  I made his graduation card using the Sail Away stamp set and Come Sail Away designer paper.  The greeting was great for a graduation card — set sail in the direction of your dreams.

Butterfly Wishes Black & White

I love the simplicity of today’s card!!  It’s a new stamp set — Butterfly Wishes.  I saw a version of this card online and just had to give it a shot (I can’t find it right now to credit the original designer, I’m sorry).  The simplicity of this card is amazing.  I used Rococo Rose, one of the new In Colors, to help accent the black and white.  This is a must have stamp set in my opinion.

This card uses just five products to create — no dimensionals, can you believe it!!!

Free As a Bird is FABULOUS!!

The new catalog is definitely a winner and one of the most popular bundles is the Free As a Bird Suite.  This suite includes the Free As a Bird Stamp Set, Stitched Nested Labels Dies, Bird Ballad Designer Paper, Bird Ballad Laser Cut Cards & Tin, 3/8″ Scalloped Lace Trim and Bird Ballad Trinkets.  WOW, that’s a lot of coordinating items.  I love the soft feminine look of many of the products.

Here’s a fun card we made at class last week.

The base is Terracotta Tile (love this new In Color).  The flap lifts up so you can write you message.
