Stampin’ Sisters Retreat – Simply Beautiful

Stampin’ Sisters Retreat – Simply Beautiful Card Set is Project 5. My sister, Tina, designed these beautiful cards with some special techniques. It features the Simply Beautiful Bundle, Lovely & Beautiful Designer Paper. She also used the Banner Sayings Bundle for greetings on three of the cards. For this project, everyone received a package of Pearlized Faceted Circles.

I love the Petal Pink, Soft Seafoam and Gold Foil color combination.

The designer paper is adhered inside the card showing through a Window Sheet on the front of the card.


The flowers on the second card are simply beautiful. There is a Window Sheet between the top and bottom of the card front which shows the greeting through the window.

Tina added a portion of the large flower inside the card to make it extra special.

Card #3 is extra special. It has a locking slit on the card front. The flower folds in half to open the card.

In the picture below you can see the flower is actually attached to the inside of the card.

Stampin’ Sisters Retreat Project 4 Easter

We’re back to Stampin’ Sisters Retreat Project 4 Easter FUN!!
I loved playing with the Easter Basket Bundle and Mixed Up Patterns Designer Paper for 3 adorable Easter and Spring cards and 3 Easter Treat Holders.


Here’s a better view of each item I created. Everyone received the Easter Assortments to embellish their projects.

I love the zig zag pattern on this designer paper. It looks like an Easter egg.

The Easter basket die made it so easy to make a little basket. I just added a small cardstock box between two baskets, added a little green paper shreds and tucked in some foil chocolate eggs

I have used variations of this treat holder many times. It can be just a card but this little pack of Milano cookies tucks right in for a great treat holder.

I LOVE this Mystery Slider Box – it’s so fun!! The box slides open while ends are still attached – mystery slider box. We added a mini bag of M & M’s inside the box.
