Spotlight on Nature Thanks

I’m busy designing for upcoming classes so decided to share this adorable Spotlight on Nature Thanks card that was posted in a tutorial group I participate in.   This card is so sweet and adorable, I just love the simplicity of it.  These products should be added to you Wish List if you haven’t ordered them yet.  The Spotlight on Nature Bundle is so amazing — each is wonderful on it’s own but when you pair them together – WOW is all I can say.

Supplies:
  • Stamp Sets – Spotlight on Nature (163579)
  • Cardstock – Basic White (159276), Peach Pie (163799), Basic Beige (164511)
  • Stamp Pads –Basic Beige (163806), Peach Pie (163810)
  • Stampin’ Blends – Peach Pie (163827 ), Soft Sea Foam (154902)
  • Misc. – Country Lace 12” x 12” Designer Series Paper (163415), Spotlight on Nature Dies (163580)*, Basic Beige 3/8” Bordered Ribbon 9163788), Eyelet 3D Embossing Folder (163414), Stampin’ Up! Masking Paper (155480), Paper Trimmer (152392), Multipurpose Liquid Glue (152812), Stampin’ Dimensionals (104430), Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (149653)
Measurements:
  • Basic Beige (card base): 5 1/2” x 8 1/2”, scored at 4 1/4”
  • Peach Pie (embossed layer): 3 3/4” x 3“
  • Basic White (stamped circle): 3” x 3”
  • Designer Series Paper: 2” x 5 1/2”
Instructions: 
  1. Fold the Basic Beige cardstock on score line to create the card base
  2. Use Masking Paper to cover medium flower
  3. Stamp remaining flower, using Basic Beige ink, in center of Basic White cardstock
  4. Remove Masking Paper from stamp, move to cover large flower
  5. Ink only medium flower with Basic Beige ink and stamp to right of larger flower
  6. Cut out using medium sized circle from Spotlight on Nature Dies
  7. Color image with Peach Pie and Soft Sea Foam Stampin’ Blends
  8. Emboss Peach Pie cardstock with Eyelet 3D Embossing Folder
  9. Adhere to card front
  10. Adhere a piece of ribbon around center of designer series paper
  11. Adhere to center of card front
  12. Stamp sentiment with Peach Pie ink, on bottom right of card front
  13. Adhere to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals

oday’s Attention Shoppers Gift Card Holder is made with lots of new products.  I started with the Attention Shoppers Bundle, Lily Pond Lane Designer Paper, Spotlight on Nature Dies and ended with Iridescent Facets Gems.  This is such a fun, interactive card with a great surprise once you get it all opened up.

I love the color combination of this card which I pulled from the Lily Pond Lane Designer Paper

 

The flower bouquet is stamped and die cut with the Attention Shoppers Bundle which is so fun to work with.

Excellent Eggs April Scrapbook

I’m getting caught up on scrapbook pages and wanted to share my Excellent Eggs April Scrapbook Pages!!  I used the Excellent Eggs Bundle with strips of Flowering Zinnias Designer Paper.  The Gorgeous Grape and Old Olive Color Combo definitely makes me think Spring.

I added 2″ strips of the Flowering Zinnia’s Designer Paper to each page.   The eggs were stamped with Memento ink, then colored with Highland Heather and Old Olive Stampin’ Blends and the photo mats were added.   These pages are ready to add your Spring or Easter Photos.
