Love Notes Flip Flap Shaker Card

On Monday I shared half of my January Designer Paper Class cards. Yesterday I shared a fun Flip Flap Shaker Card. Today I have a combination of both previous days. These cards feature the Love Notes Designer Paper and feature a Love Notes Flip Flap Shaker Card.

Like yesterday’s Shamrock Flip Flap, this Valentine Flip Flap Shaker starts out a little different than most cards. The adorable hearts are hiding under all the Loose Valentine’s Assortment.

But when you turn the flip flap shaker, TADA, the cute heart and the greeting appear.

Open the card again and you have lots of hearts including heart cutouts in the Basic White layer. The Cherry Cobbler layer peeks through the heart holes.

The second card is also a shaker card, but it is a traditional style with a Window Sheet and Foam Adhesive Strips around the inside edges to keep the Loose Valentine’s Assortment inside the shaker.

The final card is lacy and fun. The drink cup is die cut from the designer paper.
This card would be perfect to tuck a Starbucks gift card inside.

Shamrock Flip Flap Shaker Card

This week’s Facebook Live is an adorable Shamrock Flip Flap Shaker Card featuring the Seasonal Celebrations Stamp Set, Reason to Celebrate Stamp Set and Pleasant Patterns Specialty Designer Paper. I added Loose Gold Sequin in the Flip Flap and sealed it closed. I love this card layout.

When you first see the card, it’s a little weird seeing only the Gold Sequins but you can tell there is something under it.

When you flip the Flip Flap open you see the “lucky” shamrock — so fun!!!

Then when you open the card, you have a little spot to write a short message and sign your name. So, so fun to make!!

This month’s Designer Paper Class featured the Made with Love and Love Notes Designer Paper plus two surprise embellishments. The class includes 3 card kits for each designer paper. I had SO much fun with these two papers — I couldn’t wait to share the cards with you. Today I’m sharing the Made with Love Cards.
