Trucking Along Fall Slider Card

During last night’s FB Live I shared how to make this fabulous Trucking Along Fall Slider Card.
The background is the new All About Autumn Designer Paper coming out in the Holiday Mini Catalog
which begins next month.  This paper is so gorgeous and definitely says Fall with all the beautiful and crisp colors of Fall.

The card is so pretty just to look at but when you pull the ribbon, the truck drives across the page as it is delivering a truck load of sunflowers.

Cajun Craze — 4 1/8″ x 5 3/8″
Very Vanilla — 3 7/8″ x 5 1/8″; 2 pieces — 3 3/8″ x 4 3/4″; 2″ x 5″ for truck; 2 pieces — 3/4″ x 1 1/8″ — score at 1/2″ and 5/8″
All About Autumn Designer Paper — 3 3/4″ x 5″ bottom cut off section for slide out — 1 1/2″ x 4 3/4″
Ribbon — 3″

MEASUREMENTS:
Misty Moonlight — 4 1/4″ x 11″ — score at 5 1/2″; 2 1/2″ x 5 1/4″; 3 1/2″ x 3 1/2″; 5/8″ x 3″
Basic White — 4″ x 5 1/4″; 3″ x 3″; 1/2″ x 2 1/2″
Vellum — 3″ x 3″
One Horse Open Sleigh Designer Paper — striped — 2 pieces — 1 1/8″ x 5 1/4″
One Horse Open Sleigh Designer Paper — woodtone — 2 3/8″ x 5 1/8″

  • Adhere striped DSP pieces to side edges of card base
  • Adhere woodtone DSP to 2 1/2″ x 5 1/4″ Misty Moonlight, then to card base
  • The angel is stamped with VersaMark on Vellum cardstock and embossed with Black Embossing Powder.
  • Then color the back and front of Vellum with Stampin’ Blends Markers
  • Punch with 2 3/8″ Circle Punch
  • Die cut 3″ x 3″ Basic White with Stylish Shapes Dies (approx 2 5/8″)
  • Die cut 3 1/2″ x 3 1/2″ Misty Moonlight with Stylish Shapes Dies (approx 3″)
  • Adhere colored angel to Basic White circle
  • Attach to Misty Moonlight circle with Dimensionals
  • Attach to card front with Dimensionals
  • Stamp greeting on 1/2″ Basic White with Misty Moonlight ink — banner cut ends
  • Adhere to 5/8″ Misty Moonlight — banner cut ends
  • Attach to card front with Dimensionals
