Stamp With Peggy

Today I wanted to share my July Paper Pumpkin Alternates with Fun in the Sun Kit.
July’s Fun in the Sun Kit was such a fabulous kit to work with.
Stampin’ Up! designed three fun fold cards there were amazing and perfect just as they were designed but
I have customers who would like to do something different with the kit, so I design cards, framed art,
scrapbook pages, treat holders, gift packaging, etc using the supplies in the kit and some extra cardstock.
I create a tutorial and pre-cut the extra supplies plus if they ordered the Paper Pumpkin Kit from me, I also
pre-cut their Paper Pumpkin Kit pieces for the projects I’ve designed.

For July’s Alternate Cards — I cut apart 2 card bases from the kit and used the other die-cut/embellishment pieces from the kit to create these 4 cards.

I used the Splatter 3D Embossing Folder on the small panel on the right of the card, I love the way this looks like water.  The sunrise section is from the kit.  The kit came with a Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Spot, but for this
card, I used Night of Navy ink for the greeting.

My second card used a sand, water and sky die cut from the kit and I also cut apart a card base
to get another panel to match for the left section of the card front.  The fun Adirondack chair is
a die-cut from the kit.  I used Pecan Pie ink for the greeting and starfish.

How about a little relaxing on a sailboat?
The third card is an easel fold card so the front panel will stand up for displaying
the lovely look of the sailboat floating past a beautiful island with the sun in the background.

The final card is just a little fun in the sun.
I love the water and sunset look of this card.

I couldn’t leave this Paper Pumpkin Kit with just a fun set of cards.

Fun in the Sun is perfect for a framed art picture or scrapbook pages.

Just add those adorable little ones and put in a 12″ x 12″ shadow box frame to
hang on your wall or add it to your scrapbook album.
Check out all the die-cuts from the kit — sunglasses, flip flops, shells, a crab and starfish
plus another Adirondack chair to go with the sand pails and shovel and beach umbrella plus
surf boards and palm trees — so much fun!!
