Endless Love Faux Pinwheel

It’s a new month and that means it’s time for a new Card Sketch Challenge!! This month’s sketch is a little bit different than normal but so fun to make. I’m calling this card the Endless Love Faux Pinwheel!! My card features the Endless Love Bundle with the Made with Love Designer Paper. My inspiration came from a card made by Christine Reinhart, a fellow demonstrator.

Measurements:
Card base — 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ — score at 4 1/4″
Layer 1 — 4″ x 5 1/4″ — 2 pieces — one for card front and one for inside
Layer 2 — 3 3/4″ x 5″ — 2 pieces — one for card front and one for inside
Designer Paper Strips (can also use cardstock) — if paper is directional, you’ll need to watch that — 1″ x 3 1/2″, 1″ x 1 1/2″
Designer Paper Strips — opposite direction — 1″ x 2 1/4″, 1″ x 1 1/2″
Coordinating Cardstock or Designer Paper — 2 pieces — 1″ x 1″ — cut in half diagonally

Here’s the comparison of cards — the left one has a background with the Lasting Linen stamp set. The card on the right is a plain white background.

This Card Sketch Challenge can be horizontal or vertical.

Final 12 Days of Christmas Project

We are at the final 12 Days of Christmas Project!!
The final project was a kit with all the supplies cut to make a calendar-sticky note easel for our desks. This year’s calendar & sticky note easel features the retired Cute as a Bee Designer Paper. It also has a pen holder, so I found these adorable bee pens on Amazon to include. I LOVE how this project turned out.

Measurements:

Daffodil Delight – 4 1/4″ x 11” – score at 5 1/2″; 4 1/8” x 4” – 4” edge at top
– score at 1/2″, 2”, 3 1/2″; 4 3/4″ x 5 1/2″ – with 4 3/4″ edge at top – score at 1/2″
& 4 1/4″ – turn – with 5 1/2″ edge at top – score at 2 1/2″ & 3”; 2 1/2″ x 2 1/2″ –
score at 1/2″, 1”, 1 1/2″ & 2”
