Fun with Santa’s Suit

Today’s card has a little fun with Santa’s suit.
The Red & White Glimmer Paper was perfect for this simple card.

 

Brightest Glow Stamp Set, Red & White Glimmer Paper, Gold Foil, Designer Paper Card Class, Christmas, Stamp with Peggy


Super simple by starting with a square of Red Glimmer Paper, add a strip of White Glimmer Paper
down the center for the fur on Santa’s jacket.  A strip of Basic Black for his belt but don’t forget
the Gold Foil for the belt buckle.  The greeting is added with some gold Festive Pearls.

Not only is there fun on the front of this card but it’s a fun fold card – Z Fold.

Now to share a fun Christmas/Holiday card that uses the
Boughs of Holly Designer Paper and the Limited Edition Framed & Festive Stamp Set.

I love the wood look texture on the background designer paper.
Then we added a square of the mottled Cherry Cobbler piece of Boughs of Holly Designer Paper
that pulled the red shades from the fussy cut poinsettia.
The greeting is from the Limited Edition Framed & Festive stamp set which is part of the
Fitting Florets Collection.  We stamped it on circles cut using the Layering Circles Dies (this are a must have die set and they are part of the sale).
Lots of fun layers, colors and textures happening in this simple card layout.
Very easy to mass produce and send out to family and friends.

Cup of Soup Gift Packaging

Cup of Soup Gift Packaging was the project for last night’s FB Live.
I found this Soup for One package at a farm stand and thought it would be a perfect
little gift for someone on my Christmas list.  Of course, just giving a package of soup mix
isn’t much of a gift but when you put it in cute packaging, VIOLA, it is an adorable gift.

I used the Merriest Frame Hybrid Embossing Folder to give this mug a beautiful background.
Then I cut apart of the November Paper Pumpkin Add Ons — North Pole Sacks to make Designer Paper.
The fun greeting is from Very Best Occasions — I think it’s adorable on the front of the mug.

Our mug is just 1″ deep but it stands great with the soup mix inside.
You could set this in a cello bag and tie it up with a ribbon and tag.
